I am curious to know what it was that the prior management did that was deceptive and incompetent. Did this have to do with dry holes drilled on the North Tanjung block? Or is there more to it? I am not looking to start an argument, or anything, I am simply curious to know (part of my ongoing analysis of this sinking ship).
