Just did a scan on Zacks for stocks that were recently upgraded to a ranking of #1 and whose price is currently less than 50% of their 52 week high. Back in December I ran a similar list and created a tracking portfolio of the 12 stocks that appeared. All but one are higher today and the overall gain since then is 48%. If only I bought more than 3 of those stocks! Not all of these will go up, but most should do well, some significantly well. Was pleasantly surprised to see RMDY on the list.
