Dave, It seems my stock picking philosophy might be similar to yours. I like Warren Buffet's saying about not investing in stocks for 10 minutes that he is not willing to keep for 10 years. However, for me I don't feel like I have 10 years to wait for a return. My time frame is more like two years. I look for companies that I think will bring me better than average returns within 24 months. Right now I am into FAMH and HIR. Both are in my favorite industry, Staffing! -PsycProf
