Glen I agree with you that this is the first step of T moving out of CSCO and into NN. The large brownout probably had something to do with it. But CSCO is a networker and NN is a telephone co and T finally will decide that they need to be with NN. Next shoe to drop will be DT going with NN.
These news hadn't hit the Dow Jones newswires as of 1000 AM today. I think there will be some disbelief in USA about T going with a foreign co, but that's life: learn to live with it,
