"Can a Jew or other non-believer in Jesus be amongst those who are counted as not Hating Jesus?"

Yes, but with this qualification: the overwhelming majority of Jews in America have had little training in modern Talmudic Judaism. Because of this, there is no deep emotional investment on the subject. Nevertheless, the average Jew maintains some confidence in the Talmudic myth that it is impossible to be an ethnic Jew and believe in Christ. Yaacov expresses it well from the point of view of modern Judaism: you can't have it both ways, you are either a Christian or a Jew. It intimidates the average Jew and stop him from openly and honestly examining the claims of the Gospel.
Herein lies the malignant tumor modern Talmudic Judaism that causes the overwhelming majority of modern Jews to go to their graves without the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob---Jesus-- being in their hearts.
