Lucretius, You're right. One day it COULD come crashing down. I never marry a stock and in this case DELL and I have a pre-nup! It says, "when the relationship is no longer promising and rewarding, I have the right to sever it, i.e.; by selling my shares. Re: gold and oil, one day you WILL be right but look at ALL the $$ you've missed waiting for the broken clock to tell the right time twice a day!!

Dump DELL? I wouldn't go that far. Hedge..for sure hedge, but why take the cap gains. DELL may drop but it won't crater as you suggest.
