I didn't see Titanic, just cannot warm to a $300 mio spectacle, but James Cameron directed movies like the two "Terminator"s, The Abyss, Alien 2 - The Return (I think), True Lies, and ahhhhhh...... ahhhh... anyway some hits, I'd say.

Worswick, Have you watched many movies from Scandinavia? Not just Bergman, there are others too. In 1990 summer I lived in Paris and
they were running a Scandinavian film festival in the Pompidues
Center for three months, most of this century's production was there.
10 Francs a ticket!!
There were many great films, Kaurismaki's version of Crime and Punishment and may originals. You might know the kindred spirits from there.
