OK, here's one buying is just starting. GRAD I am in right now. Here is what I found from the thread. GRAD, With a float like this it should fly as soon as it hits. BIG DOG Here is a company with ONLY 1,097,000 shares outstanding total, and a public float of under 500,000! You want to talk about a small float. The company has a current NET BOOK VALUE of $4.00 RIGHT NOW, and trades at under $1.00 The company is in real estate and is in the process of becoming a REIT. There is news out on GRAD that you may read on WWW.GERALDSNET.COM web site, and on the Yahoo quotes board. With more assests coming into the company, and a new Chairman that is well known in the industry steering the company to great heights, Granite Development's stock will soar into the DOUBLE DIGITS SOON!!! The companies shares are so small (1,097,000) that any buying will bring price up dramatically. From rumor that I hear, a new chairman will soon (rumor is today) be named that is a powerful real estate person in the San Fran Bay area. It is said he was chief engineer on the Bay Bridge! When word spreads that he is chairman of GRAD, she should be good for a few bucks. The last time this group put out an announcement that named a well known person in that industry was coming aboard a company, the stock of the company went from .50 cents to over $4.00 in 3 days!
