On the other hand, Infrastructure has more than paid for itself, for my purposes, e.g. ASYT a couple of years ago, and the back-end earlier this year. But, I made my own decisions when to rotate in and out according to my particular invesment/valuation philosophy. And as far as lawsuits go, I cannot blame them.... their service ain't free, and they do tell you not to "share": "Distribution of any kind, by any means whatsoever, including internal network redistribution within a subscriber's own organization is expressly prohibited."
