AMZN was downgraded today by Zacks, to a 4 from a 3 on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is best................;^)

Keep in mind that that large block could just as easily been a large short position calling it quits. That would actually increase the liquidity in the stock, and reduce the upside momentum.......just another scenario, no clue if that is the case or not......;^)
