During the last conference call, DSC's chairman indicated that Lucent would probably be the primary supplier to ATT. Basically, he has ruled out doing business with ATT. Take a look at the Newbridge Networks thread. It appears as though Newbridge has signed a substantive and long-term agreement with ATT. As a reminder, DSC's chairman has previously stated that we "are in the right markets with the right products." We don't have the right products, however, for ATT. I wonder how much money DSC wasted on Airspan. I wonder how much money DSC has wasted on the Danish subsidiary. The agony goes on. The board of directors should insist that he leave as soon as a successor is found.
