I don't know know Emile will answer that question, but I believe that you can have earthly feelings of respect for the man Jesus. The problem with that is that God has made Jesus both Lord and King and every knee will bow.

I believe you do not hate Jesus. But Jesus is not a philosophy, Mark. He is ALIVE< seated at the right hand of God.

........and He is waiting for you Mark.

Mark, IMO, a person can disagree with or disbelieve someone without hating them. Isn't that what you are asking?
