Hey, Chris!

We speak yesterday, and here you are today, and here I am today, back from the "Land of the Computer-Deprived" with my new toy up and running.

MAY IS THE MONTH!

Seems to be a good omen that JAWZ was able to get all the capital they need for only 600,000 shares. As you pointed out, you got a "venture" capital firm, and not a "vulture" capital firm.

My concern HAD been if the FBI was successful would it affect JAWZ like the FDA not approving a bio-tech company's drug?

The answer seems to be,"NO!". JAWZ will license vendors abroad, and the high encryption software will simply be brought into the U.S., Canada, and any other country insisting on "control". How would the FBI ever know? And if they DID find out, so what? It would mean the FBI was trying to get into someone's files without a Court Order which, in itself, is illegal.

So, legal or not, JAWZ software WILL be used, and the "control" issue seems to be almost a non-issue. Business isn't going to care about the legality: they want to protect their files. Period.

There are probably flaws in this argument and, if so, please point them out (Chris, or anyone).

But, in the meantime, I have a bid in for more JAWZ shares.

Saltbox

P.S., Now, if San Jose had beaten Dallas, it would have been a clean sweep for the underdogs!
