I don't know about the kneecaps and all--heck I'd like for your walk in the park to be just as delightful as my own.

But I do know this, Jon. You have not been able to tell us one part of Hayton's version of what's happened in the past. You're a software architect (if I remember correctly). You can get access to the Lexus software. Why not look into it and find out what Hayton's defense was regarding those prior incidents. How many times do I have to put this challenge out there only to have it go unanswered?

You can do better than a Pete and Repeat of old Wired hash. Can't you?

Also, how do you reconcile the contradiction that Wired favored NETZ, until after the SIM executive leadership was removed? Once this happened, everything Wired reported thereafter became negative. This cost a lot of innocent people a lot of money, as they got scared into selling. Also, how do you reconcile that this vicious negative Wired bashing was timed with its hiring a former SIM employee?

Heck, if you're going to provide a news service, at least make it an up-to-date one.

You speak of objectivity. Then us something, even just a little, tiny bit, about Hayton's version of events. Don't skip over this and go onto something else. Tell us now.

Answer, as well: Aren't most brokerage houses that have been previously sanctioned by the SEC still functioning entities? What's the difference?

And one other thing. Your motives here still are unclear, at best. Not that we don't mind having you around. After all, even in your negative onslaughts, you still seem an enjoyable person. I commend you, at least, for this.

Has anybody noticed that ESVS is up almost a point(55/64)from yesterday's close? It appears that it ESVS is approaching its 1 year high of 8 1/2. Things seem to be picking up on both fronts. I don't have a real time quote on either, but things appear to be moving in the right direction for both companies.

PS. Let's leave the personality attacks off this thread and enjoy the good news for a change. Even if you are negative the rise in this stock isn't hurting anybody is it? If you are long, CHILL, and enjoy your wisdom which you displayed by investing and holding.

Enjoy the Day (:o}

Jon, in my humble opinion you are one sick puppy. In my opinion, you have to be either a disgruntled NETZ employee, or disgruntled SIM employee, or disgruntled investor, or disgruntled Hayton basher, or SEC "plant", or someone who is bored with life and has nothing better to do, or one sick puppy.

Motive, motive, motive, motive, motive, motive, makes the world go around. Absent a motive - a sick puppy (in my opinion).

Jon you have been blasting any kind of news or anything on this thread that could be construe as positive since you have been here. You have posted nearly as much as anyone else over the last 3500 posts or so. And yes I do own some of this stock. DO YOU? You rarely post elsewhere. NETZ is your agenda and it is negative and strongly negative with any good news. When you are wrong about something, e.g. the lawsuit, you just keep on trucking. Why would a non-owner of this stock spend so much time here. I have not been hyping this stock.

Working on my membership to Jon. I warn others that they should watch what they should say to you. Why are you here if you do not own this stock.? You have never answered that question. Are you the great protector? I HAVE NEVER TREATENED ANYONE or paid anyone to threatened. What are you trying to say JON. No I do not like you. I just can not understand your motivation to be here. What with planting seeds about a SEC investigation? DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF OF THIS? PLanting seeds and keep the discussion going. Keep the thread focus on anything except DD. Do you have any proof of anything? Do you have proof that Hayton runs the company? Do you have proof that Hayton is connected with the company other than as an advisor or as an investor like yourself? I have not attack you. I have asked you what your motives are and you never answer those questions. Anyone who disagrees with you or questions you is labeled as a hyster. Anytime this stock tries to move at all you up your attack against this stock. Yes I should defend my investment with fact or DD that support. But I have a job that is demanding most of my time. I do not have the time to devote here to counter your negativity. If you are an investor would not your time be better spent trying to find a stock that you believe in? No. You are a shorter is that not right? So you have a better chance to make money by trashing a stock. Are you shorting ESVS? That your business. If I had the time I'd do an accumulation of all your posts since you have arrived here and then we would have a discussion. Your discussion on this stock is no where near being balanced? It bothers you greatly anytime it begins to move in the positive.
