I just spoke to FASC CFO Bob Dinning, they don't know what or who is trading. They will be contacting their MM's to try and find out this morning. DLJ does not show but 1 or 2 100,000 block trades this morning, the rest are from 10k to 40k both buys and sell.
Dinning did say that they had contracted some promotional firms to push the company but did not know if this was the reason for the volume.
Once again, Why in the hell would so many people be selling at .09 to .11 when they have to know what could be coming in near future and are able to see the buying going on! If they would quit selling the price would be over 1.00 by now.
Beats Me!!

To all

With 84 trades absorbing over 2.77 million shares, thus averaging over 33,000 shares per trade it is clear that large buying is going on for the accumulation of a position. The selling may be provided by holders with equally large positions who may have accumulated their shares as an equity for debt tradeoff. This is just a guess, but it would make sense because those paid in shares in lieu of cash always want their money when liquidity permits. If this is continues it looks like FASC will rid itself of a share overhang and then a more appropriate share price can develop. I am impressed.
