For anyone interested, crude oil futures were down .50+ a short while ago. They've now bounced a bit and are down .40.

Does anyone have any sources for info coming from the oil conference? (Other than Big Dog, of course.) I've checked a few of the on-line Texas newspapers and there hasn't been any coverage that I could find.

Damn, I'm having the hardest time getting over some issues regarding CXIPY. Why should I pay a $2 spread when I can get EVI on the New York (assuming here that EVI is an equivalent company)?
I also have a difficult time analyzing non-American companies in terms of the financials. What IS the real cash flow and PE for instance?

I'm questioning all this because I hesitated buying CXIPY back at $71 last week (I did picked up some VRC and EVI instead). Alas, it is a nice problem to have when there are so many stocks to choose from in an undervalued sector. Anybody wanna give me a detailed three or four page analysis of my problem?

ANOTHER great day in the oil patch!
