With all due respect I'll stick with my brokers analysis that clearly points out that valuations for PFE is not excessive based on the P/E premium. However, like I said we'll know in a few months who is right.

BTW, earnings may be earnings but clearly if Viagra earns more than you estimate, then the so called winfall may be added to R&D which basicaly in the long run will make or break any pharmaceutical company. This is basically what WLA CEO said. i.e. that the lipitor earnings will help them increase the R&D.
