Riley, It appears that the plant will never be auctioned. The creditor has informed RMCW a partial payment is acceptable. Puhr has stated the investor will come thru before then. What is best for RMIL shareholders is that it creates a deadline, and from what I hear RMCW/Puhr have been working their fannies off to complete the merger. It appears the merger will be finalized soon and , bmart was correct, the BOD will meet in Colo. to orchestrate their/our future....meanwhile, the float is in NAME FORM!!! I hope you got the email I sent you about Hill-Thompson, FRAN and Haggerty & Mork. Pugs
