Thanks for posting the Bloomberg article....and William...tell your friend thanks for alerting us to it.

To me, the most important sentence in there was this one:

"The arbitrage opportunity that Digitcom is pursuing doesn't necessarily mean the company will be in dire competition with telcos."

All of the other things, like the NASDAQ talks are also great, but if one thinks a little bit beneath the scenes, the really BIG thought, (IMO anyway) is the blurb about the telcos.
