This is true and is a fact. The unknown is within states that they do not have stores or warehouse. This is still a gray area that the states are addressing.

Jim,

Yes, that is the Commerce Clause required by the Quill decision. Some physical presence. Under this decision, BKS and BGP would seem to be in tax more trouble than AMZN.
