Good question(s). Another reason why SoftQuad simply cannot reverse split....when the stock crashes pursuant to a reverse stock-split NewKidCo will simply demand the same 5 million shares...a deal's a deal...the existing shareholders will not have that luxury...HUGE dilution simply would ensue pursuant to that scenario. The Rabins' appear to want to play with the big boys but the permutations of the street, chaos theory, and the street's emerging? realization that the Rabins' are in over their head? will keep the Rabins' in their corporate sandbox along with the other insiders to merely perpetuate their proclivity for shareholder value destruction, insider loans to purchase stock at depressed stock prices, of which, were incurred by said insiders themselves...closed-loop insider shareholder value maximization feedback theory...
