TSIS & AT&T contract

Interactive Telesis Provides Network Support To AT&T

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 1998--NASDAQ Bulletin Board: TSIS - The company is pleased to announce that its partnership with AT&T and, particularly, its Executive TeleConference Division, was further solidified when ITI was able to immediately provide additional call replay capacity during AT&T's recent switching network difficulties.

The depth and flexibility of ITI's system allowed the seamless transfer of AT&T's conference calls to unutilized line capacity with ITI's alternate carriers. With ITI's help, there was no disruption in service for AT&T's Fortune 500 clients and hundreds of participating financial analysts.

This sharing of resources came at a critical time due to the quarterly release of corporate earnings and the subsequent volume of analyst/management calls during this peak period.

Interactive Telesis' MarketREACH division has experienced a 40 percent increase in monthly revenues since December 1997 from its continuing provision of recording and playback services for AT&T's Executive TeleConference Division. ITI is currently in discussions with AT&T to develop and support additional customer service applications. As a result of these and other soon to be announced initiatives, management is confident that MarketREACH's current rate of revenue growth will continue through 1998.

Interactive Telesis is also building a reputation for outstanding customer service with former AT&T divisions, Lucent Technologies and AT&T Capital. By harnessing the power of the latest IVR technology, ITI provides these industry leaders with unique and reliable telecommunications solutions worldwide. Interactive Telesis is also setting the standard for cost-effective shareholder communication services to public companies through its InvestorREACH division.

NRMI has been overlooked by a lot of people.

This is also a stock in the same arena as KTEL.

Go back and read the latest news on NRMI, check out the projected earnings,
same store sales, new and remodeled stores, and the new computerized stores
being developed for customers to acquire music from the internet.

I think this should be a $30.00 stock. The volume has picked up and it appears
that someone else is accumulating. Normally, this is an indication that the
funds are picking up shares of this stock slowly.

When this stock moves it moves up a dollar a day. I own it at $7 and change.
