ACTV had at their last filing apx 17M shs outstanding, but there are a number of prf. that can be converted so I am not sure what the actual fully diluted # would be, but a guess around 22-25M is probably not totally wrong. In regards to Scott H there has been a lot of different buyers (MM's) on the bid side right now with 387,500 volume we have NITE bidding at 2 3/32 and WIEN & TSCO offering at 2 5/32. Problem is that most of the MM's are wholesalers and it is very difficult to determine who the "real" buyers are.
