Folks, I just got off the phone with Mark Koenig. I mentioned the Friday press release rumor to him and he suggested that those starting the rumor go back to reading their "fairy tale books". He outright said he foresees NO release this week or next re: TX. He went on to say that the financials are due out (by law) by May 15th and possibly that's where a PR rumor first got its legs. Sorry to rain on the parade, but the last thing we need is volatility based on speculation - too much at stake. The deal is currently in the lawyers hands, dotting I's & crossing T's. It will happen when it happens. Like I've said before, we'll know it's a done deal when we see the price jump for no apparent reason. Steve - buying on the dips.
