Thanks for the feedback on why muse works so well.

Vivus would not appear necessarily to be pushing Eddards approach with penile bands because the sales of Actis are low.

In relation to the use of progressively less invasive methods, I thought that viagra and muse work in different ways and therefore on different subsets of men?

What I would have thought interesting is whether muse and viagra interact in a subset of men. Thus if for this subset x and y are the probabilities of effective erection independently for muse and viagra respectively the probability when employing both simultaneously could be 1 - (1-x)(1-y) + k, or something like that. If k is positive (or at least if it is not negative) this could be good for both drugs. I guess that men who use the drugs (and their doctors) will find out about this long before the inevitable scientific studies.
