Fairweather and Mr. Herbert S. Gasser. Mr. Fairweather, based in Vancouver, is Senior Vice President in charge of British Columbia for Corporate Planning Associates, a financial and retirement counseling organization. He has twelve years of investment banking experience with Richardson Greenshields in Vancouver and Tokyo, and over fifteen years experience in Canadian diplomatic positions, including postings in Japan, Korea, Puerto Rico and the Philippines.
