Considering their last financial statement, I wouldn't have thought IMAT to be in the acquisition business. Interesting way they are pulling it off. Kind of gutsy on their management's part - either real brave or real stupid - but it's refreshing after being under the Seimens yoke. Bill

Greatmood, what does all this mean? Is this good or bad for IMAT? On the surface, you won't think that Imat's management won't do a dumb thing...like the Heart Scan Centers.

Can anyone give my their view on this new development? Is it time to sell this stock?
