Profit, Form 144 filings by company insiders is a formality of most companies with nothing to worry about. It merely allows them to sell should the opportunity come up. Without the filing, they usually can't sell, as they are insiders and must adhere to SEC guidelines. The time to worry is when all the insiders DO start dumping, driving the price down. Chris
