I guess you want to go with Mr. Softie than with the hardball, the Justice department is going to look into the eyes of the billionaire and see who blinks ... Will the justice department let Mr. Softie start selling 98, but set a specific date that Mr. Softie has to comply with by selling the new 98 without any objectionable stuff in it ... I think Mr. Softie needs to save face and the government does not want to be blame for what Mr. Softie is crying about the collapse of the PC industry,
