and accounted for overestimates on re-orging I'm worried what
the profit numbers will look like then.

I think Mr. F. has been given plenty of time to get his ducks in
order. These next two Qs will make or break this puppy.

What does everyone think about the decline in license growth?
If we are comparing Q1-98 to Q1-97 and saying it only grew 4.5%
are we not taking into account that last years license growth
may have been stronger because Q1-97 was prior to IFMX's problems
becoming obvious on financial statements. I'm not sure...

But if the stock is trading lower due to this fact I guess that in
the future the price of the stock will depend heavily on license
growth. What I don't understand is that current prices do not reflect
the recent accomplishments Bob F. has made with turning this company
around through very difficult circumstances. IFMX is profitable
compared to this time last year yet the price of the stock is much
lower than last year.

Will license growth increase for Q2?
