This just doesn't surprise me. I spoke to Mark at PLM a couple of days ago and he just said they were doing everything they could do so that an aggressive program takes place. This LAB group seems like a hokey bunch to me and I'm just glad that Pallaum has there act together to get something done. This NR by PLM is likely disclosing the problems they have faced with LAB with the hope of resolving it in time for a program to start soon. IMO LAB could do with new management -- SVB is the best play right now in the near term and they are having trouble getting there act together. Better to just stick with Pallaum Andrew
