I would have preferred to have seen a report that audited financials were turned over to ESVS. Tagging that fact to the story would have been easy to do IMO if the financials have in fact been turned over. You wouldn't be having as much of a problem with daytraders as you are right now if they had done something that simple. The story as it stands was good for a little momentum play, but nothing more.
