No, I didn't forget family history, because I was talking about
self induced risk factors. The predisposing factors for heart disease
that can't be changed include of course, family history, age, sex and
unavoidable disease processes and drug treatment regimes that cause
atherosclerotic diseases and worse circulation (e.g. Estrogen
therapy, Raynauds Disease, Diabetes, etc.).

I was responding to a conversation about fatty foods pushing someone
over the edge and leading to a final blockage of coronary vessels, and
took the tack about discussing avoidable risk factors.

But you're right, there are many multifaceted reasons for why
our heart vessels degenerate, and that's why IMAT has such a
huge potential customer base for it's cardiac screening
applications.
