Larry: I agree with your comment "I think it would be good for it to bear our names". However, privacy issues also come into play here. Many people on this and other BNGO threads do not want their names out there for public consumption and I respect that. However, I think there is a way around people actually providing their names to include with the letter. Here are three options I can think of:

1. They could email AB&G saying they endorse the letter and provide their name for linkage to the proxy; or

2. They could include a note of endorsement of the letter with their proxy; or

3. They could print a copy of the letter (after the final version is posted to the thread), sign it and include it with their proxy.

Most people support the idea of sending a message to AB&G and it looks like, under the circumstances, that an informal letter to the new CEO (as opposed to a formal resolution) is the way to go. So...any volunteers or do I get to do the grunt work again!<g>
