You are correct, there will be a release today after market close, and another tomorrow after market close. I was writing quickly, so forgive any minor inaccuracies, but the release today should deal with year end financial position, and tomorrow (to my best recollection) will deal with marketing focus and product lines. ATCO doesn't want to honor the claim to HSS rights, but they have no choice, there is a signed agreement. The 6-month period counts from the time a home audio product is consumer-ready for market. Perhaps you can post this to any on the Copia thread who have been carrying on discussion with you. More as I hear it. -AuFingr
