Afaq- Only time will tell whether this is true or not. In my report, you will see though that I mentioned that it will be likely that the company will need to finance growth if the products really take off. To land big orders for the GigaMux, (> $20million) at one shot, I would expect potential customers would evaluate Osicom's balance sheet prior to placing an order.... so I wouldn't be surprised if you see it now that the company has 3 evaluators in Phase III trials. They may be expecting several orders in the very near future.

Is this bad? Well, if there is another financing, I'll decide for myself when I see the terms of the financing and who it is with. What is worse than the possibility of 10% dillution is the thought of passing up potentially large GigaMux orders because of lack of sufficient working capital necesary to build those big orders. Big GigaMux orders will lift this stock up to substantially higher levels, regardless if there is 10% more shares out there or not.

Re: << a bit more dilution coming (less than 2 million more shares) ... but the terms of the purchase, and the identity of the purchaser will more than compensate.>>

A two million more share dilution. If Osicom has been selling shares last month, that would explain why the price dropped from a high of 6 to 4 at the same time as short interest fell substantially. Or ... if insiders knew of this coming share dilution, that might also explain of the recent weakness. Of course this could be just a rumor, but then again this is Osicom, hmmm....

The good news was, who purchased the shares, not what the shares were sold to produce. To me, this would indicate the shares are not sold to expand gigamux production. Ahh, I know, To help Renn Zaphiropoulos feel welcome as a director and in the true spirit of Osicom, the board of directors decided to give him a one million share bonus and (to be fair the the others) to split the other million shares between the existing Directors.

Seriously though, I did purchase another thousand shares today on the price drop. Don't they say "buy on rumor, sell on fact". Or is that only for good rumors... Still long,

Brian
