This is a very serious rumor...

The prospective buyer is presumed to be Computer Science Corp. They are "probably" laughing up their sleeves at the potential to take over the company for no investment up front. Just use the assets on a depressed company stock. Reminds me of the LBO days of the 80's.

We all know about the $9mm sale. Add to that a MINIMUM settlement with ADRX of $5mm. (they were caught red handed) And, you've got enough assets for a shrewd software company to recognize a potential steal.

This should give us all pause when someone posts the kind of "objective" TA analysis that trashes the company stock...

Both NURS and Cymedix are working to climb off the floor, so to speak, and each have their sour shareholders that don't care a hoot about the potential for this company and its elegant software that is going to be a major revenue generator.

For those of us who are following the company and are beginning to appreciate its potential, this is a call to arms....
