Hi Jim,
That's because my favorite book is "The Man Who Was Too Lazy To Fail!"

The last time I owned this many shares of VLSI was back in 1996 when the price hit about $12/share and I was 100% invested. This time we've moved up $8-$10 from that point. I have as many shares and still have a few bucks left if I have to do any more downside averaging.

I really like your comment about the perception change of *E* going from liability to asset. It shouldn't take much for the "looking glass" to change that perception to change.
