From the March 9, 1998 news release:

>We are looking to be in full compliance with reporting by May 1, >1998.''
>
>Mr. Torres is pleased to inform our shareholders that, ''Our 10K for >the year ending 1997 should be completed within two weeks. The >completion of this filing is one more step in our company's goal of >becoming a fully reporting company.''

I spoke with Ed Brody yesterday to see how becoming a reporting company is coming along. He didn't know when it will happen, the accountants seem to be far behind, but he thought the 10K should be out this week. I am not holding my breath, considering the track record...

GaBard, I've been thinking more about your strategy and it makes a lot of sense. If I understand you correctly, you only buy companies with strong fundamentals.....and wait. If the price should suddenly go up on NO news you'll take advantage and sell, because you know that the higher price can't last.

I guess what you're saying is, "If it happens....fine, I'll take advantage of it. If it doesn't happen....fine, I didn't buy this stock as a momentum play, anyway."

I think it was Commodore Vanderbilt (who had little or no formal schooling) who said, "I seen my chances....an' I took 'em". If that's your philosophy, I can understand how you've been so successful with penny stocks.

I've only been investing in pennies for less than 2 months, and one thing I've quickly learned is that they behave QUITE differently than NASDAQ or NYSE stocks, and their behavior can be very confusing.

But, as Milo Minderbinder said in "Catch 22", "In confusion there is profit."

The lightbulb just went on! Thanks for the lesson, GaBard.
