Sorry, I do not know the details. I wish I did. Some kind of papers to be signed or already signed. I know not what. Please forgive me. If anyone knows, then please let us know.

Jeanne, several of the people that I know who rode advr from .18 to $1.80 ploughed some of their gains into mult(at .45 to .60 per share]. The mentality of owning this stock is similar to advr, tremendous upside. Mult has only 2 employees and derives most of it "revenue" from several subsidiaries, most "noteworthy" is multi-soft which is 54.4% owned by mult[Multi-solutions]. Mult traded as low as .05 in mid Feb. and could go days without trading a single share. Stock has run up for no apparent reason on no news. I welcome all the advr investors into mult since I would love to start lightening up on my positions at over .40. Like you, I would love some real facts on why the stock is going up. E-mail reply from mult indicated that one of their 2 employees had no idea. Regrdes JWA
