For an undiscovered stock with big potential, check out Insite Vision (INSV). They have the rights to two genes which have been linked to glaucoma, the most common severe eye disease, affecting a couple of million people per year. They have developed a diagnostic kit which should become a standard test for all newborns. They are expected to sign with a major partner within a few weeks, which should launch them into the spotlight. They also have a treatment in Phase I testing. The stock's price does not reflect any of this. It's not a cure for cancer, but it's another major disease, there's not much competition, and it should pan out much faster.
