That's music to my ears.

As I said, cable companies have their hands full. MediaOne announced their launch of digital TV in the Detroit area (where they piloted this service) today:

It's going to be a while. As the above article says, they are only halfway through their network upgrade (to HFC). The exciting thing is that in the areas where they ARE offering dialtone over cable - the subscription rates are beating their projections by a long shot. Does this make me worried about my WinStar investments Not a tad. I'm going to make a whole bunch on both of them. While others are content to rant and rave and try to use the sheer force of will to move a stock price (down) - I'll just sit here going ka-ching, ka-ching. Works for me.
