THERE IS ONLY ONE NUMBER THAT IS RELEVANT.CASH ON HAND TO ROLLOUT NETWORK AND CONTINUE ENHANCEMENTS TO THE PRODUCT.If you folks got my drift for the last 6 months, then you know that looking for earnings on a product and a service that is just emerging is foolish. You have only one concern. When will service contracts and the rollout of the fnet be started and when will we start seeing significant hardware sales.I believe the operative word is when not if.If you dont believe its going to happen get out, if you believe it will happen stay in. simple, no whinning crying or circular reasoning. Those speculating on a buyout is just silly. We need vast quantities of capital to complete network. That 7 mill in the till is the grease that will help make you very happy within ftel/fnet company. This is not a merger smoke and mirror company like some others. The best investment we can make with our cash is in franklin.

David,

I wouldn't be too concerned about where FTEL was this time last year. That was a DIFFERENT FTEL! Those guys were selling an older legacy hardware product and they were still drawing DVG's on the back of cocktail napkins.

This FTEL is an up and comer and for now should be tracked quarter by quarter. And from my seat it looks pretty good!

Besides, I think you guys are overlooking something very important. Revenues had been on a downward spiral for umpteen quarters in a row. This is the first time in a long time that we've seen a reversal of those numbers. This is the beginning of FTEL: New and Improved!

Just my .02!

- Pat

P.S. Go away ValueSpec - I still don't like you!

Because of the nature of this company, I am only concerned with the last quarter and more importantly the next couple of quarters. Wes
