Red, the stock is being bought because SOME WISE FOLKS realize that the stock is too cheap for the potential this play has. If we forget about the six remaining pipes and focus on K91/K14 should be enough to speculate on the stock at prices below $4.00. If the remaining pipes turn out to be good, I then expect it to reverse itself and slowly creep up as we get closer to summer. I can not suggest to anyone to buy but I can tell you that I am and feel good about it at these prices. I am confident that the stock will rebound prior to the next set of samples to come out. If the next three pipes are as bad, the stock will go back to $3.10 or lower, I don't agree with this but it seems to be the way people are treating this play. If the results are average count but not as good as K91/K14, the stock will probably not react either way. If the results are as good as K91/K14 or better, the stock is expected to go up at least 25% from the date the news is released.

Now for Pure Gold, I still have a problem with Pure Gold. Until someone can explain to me WHY Dominick and Dominick keeps dumping stock and how much more do they need to dump. Just between April 7 to May 5, they have sold over 430,000 shares of Ashton with NO Buying at all. This style of selling dictates that someone close to Pure Gold is selling/exercising options. There has been over 4 million shares sold since late Fall 1997 with not even a buy transaction from Dominick. I urge investors to be cautious and consider Ashton over Pure Gold until Dominick is finished with their selling assignement of Pure Gold Minerals or it becomes to cheap to resit buying any. Folks, this is the biggest reason why Pure Gold is not at the ratio must people expect with Pure Gold trading at 1/3 of Ashton's value. If anybody has any comments about this, please feel free to contact me.

If Pure Gold continues to drift lower, it can easily become a target for takeover.

Close of $3.50, is a good technical sign.
