That's right and that's my point.

If I wanted to dilute, I would do everything to boost the price UP, even buy back shares and THEN do the reverse. I would then be getting alot more bang before the bubble burst.

If there was a RS, can the company change the shares authorized to say 10 million? If insiders hold a lot of shares doesn't a RS, while maintaining the same shares authorized, also hurt the insiders? Are insiders of LTGL still majority shareholders, or with all the dilution, is majority outside?
