Mayer, Thanks for the info on the "annual and special" meeting. Any guess as to what the "special" would be about? As James indicated are you planning to attend and provide us with another excellent summary?

What is the implication of the SEDAR filing? US legitimacy?

Both EXL and GME appear to be in a holding pattern while the fate of the project is determined in the legal arena. Lets continue to keep telling the story of what a great play this is because the people charged with the responsibility appear to be too busy trying to divide the spoils to acknowledge that the shareholders have been suffering for the past couple of years while the litigation proceeds.
