Dave,
No shares were issued for the Myriad acquisition. The deal was cash only. One million dollars up front, and monthly payments of approximately $60,000, up to a total of approximately $4.5 million.

A while back shares were going to be issued, but the deal was reworked and the 2.5 million shares in escrow were retired to the treasury.

<<< Either you believe that IRa made a good decision to issue more shares during the
acquistion of Myriad and that even WITH the add'l shares, Myriad will
INCREASE earnings per share....or

You don't

PS--are these new shares restricted anyway and not in the float for 2 years?
ANyone know? >>>
