any "objective" perception has to be based on some facts. otherwise the perception is baseless (unless it is based on divine guidance or revelation....) When perception changes it will be based on some verifiable facts or events. Facts and events cause a change in perception, not the other way around. Witness the events last October: currency crisis led to a change in perception and the eventual collapse of the entire sector.
