John Was there a time stamp on that WSJ piece? Most unusual for VVUS to close near a high, We usually have daytraders dropping it at EOD.

VVUS management.. I think every single one of us should send a small and curt email to ir@vivus.com with the header "Vivus management is not available for comment" In the message body include "?" Sign it with your name. I think they will get the picture if a few hundred emails get there with that exact same message.
