Why did Teo wait until the Board put a shareholder rights plan in place to make his announcement? He has had plenty of time to make his intentions known before today. My guess is that he is trying to put Cirrus in play and hopes that someone else will make an offer. It may take a while but my guess is that it will eventually go to another buyer for more than 20.
